3 Steps to Receive Your Healing

First off, you need to be saved. If you are not a Christian, click on Salvation and get saved and then come back to this site.
Assuming you are a Christian, I am going to show you how to receive your healing to be rid of any disease or affliction. I don't care what it is: Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, herpes, AIDS, blindness, deafness, breast cancer, migraines, mental torment, arthritis, baldness or unwarranted fear. It doesn't matter what it is. God is bigger than any disease or affliction.
"But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26
"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." Mark 9:23
"By whose stripes ye were healed." 1 Peter 2:24b
What I am about to tell you might ruffle your religious feathers. You may never have heard this behind a church pulpit, but I will back it up with scripture. I will unveil to you the two healing secrets that most of the Body of Christ has not known and I will give you three steps to receive your healing.
Step 1
Number One Secret Unveiled: Sin. Why are the number of hospitals growing, expanding and bursting at the seams with sick people? Sin. Yes, sin is the culprit. People might get very offended if you told them their sin brought on their sickness or disease. But what does God's Word say:
"Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee" (John 5:14).
But you might say,"What about the man born blind in John 9:2-4. Jesus said that neither the man or his parents sinned." True, but if they had asked Jesus, "Then who did sin?" He would have told them. The sin could have gone back four generations or ten generations if it was a sex sin. The doctrine that sin causes sickness is throughout both the Old and New Testament. Jesus never did away with the doctrine that sin causes sickness.
You see, you must find out what sin brought on your disease and repent of it. That sin opened the door for the disease or affliction to attack your body or soul. Think. Could it be unforgiveness, grumbling, complaining or some evil habit? If you don't know what it is, ask God. He will give you the understanding to know what sin it is. It could even be the sin of your parents or even your distant relatives that brought on the disease.
If the Lord shows you that it wasn't your sin(s) that brought on the curse of sickness, but someone in your past generations, then you forgive their sins according to John 20:23a: "Whose soever sins ye remit (forgive), they are remitted unto them."
But what if it isn't you that has the sickness, but your spouse or child? Someone sinned and you need to find out who brought on the sin. A wife can bring on sickness to her husband if she has sinned because she is part of him. Through marriage, the two became one according to the Bible. Maybe the husband and wife are in strife over something. The sin of strife can open the door for sickness to come on their child. God can show you where the sin problem is.
"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering" (James 1:5-6a).
Step 2
Number Two Secret Unveiled: Demons. Ready for some more controversial healing information? If sin opens the door for disease, then what creates the disease or affliction? Demons. Demons (evil spirits) inflict people with disease or mental torment. A demon might not be able to enter a Christian's spirit, but they can enter and attack their soul and body. You are a spirit, you have a soul (mind, will and emotions) and you live in a body. Jesus had to deal with demons in ministering to people.
"He rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him... But Jesus took him (the child) by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose." Mark 9:25b,27
Why can a demon use disease to afflict a Christian? Once you sin as a Christian, you are no longer under the protective umbrella of God's grace. You are under the curse of the law which gives Satan legal right to have one of his demons afflict you with a disease or an affliction.
God loves you, but because He is your Father, He must discipline you when you sin. God tells you in His Word he will use tormenting spirits, demons, to discipline you.
"And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses." Matthew 18:34,35
"For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth." Hebrews 12:6
So, once you discover the sin that has brought about the disease or affliction in your body or soul, you need to repent of that sin, stop ever doing it, and then have a Christian that has the faith to cast out demons, command the demon to come out of you in Jesus' name. If you feel you have the faith to cast it out, then you cast the demon out.
God has given Christians the power to cast out demons.
"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils (demons)." Mark 16:17a
"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Luke 10:19
Step 3
Next, you or someone pray in faith and ask God the Father in Jesus' name to heal you. If you have someone pray for you, agree with them in faith that God has heard from heaven and answered the prayer offered to Him in Jesus' name according to Matthew 18:19.
"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 18:19).
"Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name (Jesus), he will give it you." John 16:23b
One of two things should happen when you or someone pray in faith asking the Father in Jesus' name to heal you. Either you could experience a miracle or a healing.
A miracle happens instantaneously. A healing is progressive. A normal healing might take a day, a week, a month or longer to manifest (come to pass) depending on how much faith is released. So, for your healing to manifest, you must stand on (have faith in) God's Word. To stay in faith, you daily speak and declare God's Word (healing promises) concerning your healing. You also daily thank, praise and worship God for honoring His Word and healing you. When you declare His healing promises and thank, praise and worship Him for healing you, you are releasing your faith in God's faithfulness to fulfill His promises to manifest your healing. Just be patient and your healing should manifest because God's Word is true. God cannot lie.
"God is not a man, that he should lie" Numbers 23:19a
"It was impossible for God to lie" Hebrews 6:18a
To accelerate (speed-up) your healing, daily rejoice that you are healed even though you might not look or feel healed. That's faith that pleases God. Faith says, "I am healed now." Doubt says, "I won't believe I am healed until I see it or feel it." You must believe you have it before you see or feel it.
Healing Scriptures
Here are some healing scriptures you can stand on and daily declare until your healing is manifested:
"And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee" Deuteronomy 7:15a
"Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases" Psalm 103:3
"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." Psalm 107:20
"That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." Matthew 8:17
"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." 3 John 2
"By whose stripes ye were healed" (1 Peter 2:24b).

Thank God for Everything? Good and Bad?
I had been trusting in many of God's promises for healing,
renewed youth, wisdom, success in life, financial prosperity,
victory over sin, peace, a Christian spouse, confidence,
great faith in God's word, correct eating habits, power to heal
the sick, power to successfully witness to the lost as well as
a myriad of other things, but the manifestation of the promises of God
coming to pass in my life seemed very slow, very slow indeed.
One day I asked God what would be the most holy, righteous
and quickest way to see God's promises come to pass in my
life. In other words, what was the quickest way to get rid of the doubt
and unbelief in my heart so God's promises would manifest and
become a reality in my life. I believe He gave me the answer.
The Lord had me read Merlin Carother's book Prison to Praise.
In this anointed book I learned from Romans 8:28 and Ephesians 5:20
that through thanking and praising God for both good and bad
things in our lives we release the power and ability of God to change
and perfect those things (Psalm 138:8) in our lives for the better,
including getting rid of doubt and unbelief.
It might sound stupid, even blasphemous for you to thank God for
the bad things (sickness, fear, poverty, bondage to sin etc.) that happen in
your life, but God is sovereign and nothing happens in your
life unless He gives the okay. So why does He allow bad things
in your life? He loves you and has a purpose for your life and
He allows good and seemingly bad things in your life to help
fulfill His will for your glorious destiny. He tells you in 3 John 2
He wants you to "prosper and be in health, even as thy soul
prospereth."
Again, I emphasize that when you thank and praise God for both
good and bad things then His power is released to perfect those
things in your life. Here is a testimony I will share with
you to help you understand how this works:
A very distraught soldier came to Merlin Carothers when Merlin
was still a chaplain in the Army. Crying, the soldier said his wife wanted to
divorce him. Chaplain Carothers had the soldier kneel with him
in prayer and thank God his wife wanted to divorce him. Shortly
afterwards, the soldier got a phone call from his wife and she
apologized and said she was not going to divorce him. Praise
the Lord for His faithfulness to transform the worst situations
into something beautiful.
Here is a testimony of my own. One day after learning about
the power of thanking and praising God for both the good
and bad things in my life, my computer would not connect
with the internet and my printer would not work. Instead of
grumbling and complaining (God hates grumbling and
complaining), I lifted my hands and thanked God that my
computer would not connect to the internet and that my
printer would not work. What happened? My computer
connected to the internet and my printer started spitting
out copies it would not print before. God specializes in
miracles.
So start thanking and praising the Lord for both the good
and bad things in your life. God is faithful and He will begin
immediately to release His power and ability in your life to
perfect those areas in your life that need perfecting. God
bless you as you refuse to grumble and complain, but give
praise and thanksgiving to a loving and faithful God.

Life Saver - Galatians 3:13
Dr. Lillian B. Yeomans Gives Instructions
Dr. Lillian B. Yeomans was healed by God and afterward preached the Gospel some forty years. Then she and her sister inherited real estate property and turned it into a "faith home" where they would take in people that were beyond medical help. They would build up the people's faith with the Word of God so they could receive their healing.
One day a woman came to the home. She was dying, in the last stages of tuberculosis. She was brought upstairs where Dr. Yeomans began building up the dying woman's faith with the Word of God. She spent some two hours reading to the woman scriptures on divine healing. She focused especially on Deuteronomy 28 and Galatians 3:13.
Then Dr. Yeomans instructed the woman to repeat to herself each waking moment, "According to Deuteronomy 28:22, consumption (or tuberculosis) is a curse of the law. But according to Galatians 3:13, Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Therefore, I no longer have tuberculosis."
The next day, Dr. Yeomans asked her if she had been repeating what she had been instructed. She said she had been repeating what she had been instructed to say even though she did not understand what the words meant. Dr. Yeoman read more scriptures to the woman and asked her to continue repeating the instructed words.
The following day, the same thing. She still did not understand the words she was repeating over and over. But that afternoon while Dr. Yeomans and her sister were preparing the evening meal, their new patient came fast down the stairs declaring with a loud voice, "Sister Yeomans - did you know? Christ has redeemed me, and I no longer have tuberculosis! It's gone now!"
What happened? Dr. Lillian Yeomans knew the way into the heart (the spirit of a person) is through the mind. That is why she had the woman declare over and over, "According to Deuteronomy 28:22, consumption is a curse of the law. But according to Galatians 3:13, Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Therefore, I no longer have tuberculosis." So, eventually the truth registered on the woman's heart and she received the manifestation of her healing.
Are you sick or have a disease? Insert in the declaration below the name of the sickness or disease you have and expect the eventual manifestation of healing as you daily speak this declaration throughout each day:
"According to Deuteronomy 28:61, (insert name of sickness or disease) is a curse of the law. But according to Galatians 3:13, Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Therefore, I no longer have (insert name of sickness or disease)."
Just be patient and eventually the truth of what you are saying will register on your heart and your healing will manifest. The more time you spend doing this, the faster the results.

She Stood on God's Word
Dodie Osteen, Joel Osteen's mother, was diagnosed with terminal
liver cancer. What do you do when the doctors say it's terminal,
no hope? Dodie had a choice. She could give up or go to a
higher authority. She went to the higher authority, Jesus Christ. He
said in His word that, "He sent forth his word and healed them;
he rescues them from the grave" (Psalm 107:20).
Dodie Osteen decided to stand on God's word and
three times a day spoke and declared healing scriptures until
her healing was manifested. I might add, during this time while she
felt so sick she did not stay in bed but moved about her house
as if she was healed. James 2:17 says, "Even so faith, if it
hath not works, is dead, being alone." She was acting on her
faith even though her body was telling her she was sick.
Cancer is no match for God's word when it is believed and
acted upon. Dodie Osteen is a living testimony of the mighty
power of God's word released through faith.
Healing Scriptures Used by Dodie Osteen
Take healing scriptures like you would take medicine.
Dodie Osteen, Joel Osteen's mother, said the following
scriptures three times a day. The result? She was healed
of terminal liver cancer. The more you speak and
meditate on God's healing scriptures, the quicker the
results. These are a few of the scriptures she used.
Proverbs 4:20-22 My son, give attention to my words;
incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart
from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; For
they are life to those who find them, and health to all
their flesh.
Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently
hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do
that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to
his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will
put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have
brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that
healeth thee.
Deuteronomy 7:15 And the Lord will take away from you all
sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible
diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them
on all those who hate you.
Psalm 107:20 He sent his word,and healed them, and
delivered them from their destructions.
Psalm 91:16 With long life will I satisfy him,
and shew him my salvation.
Jeremiah 30:17a For I will restore health unto thee,
and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord.
Galatians 3:13,14 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of
the law (sickness, poverty, spiritual death), being made a
curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth
on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles
through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the
Spirit through faith.
1 Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body
on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto
righteousness: by whose stripes (wounds) ye were healed.

Healing Came Through Praise
She Praised Him
An American missionary to China came down with a life-threatening disease. It looked like there was no hope, she was to die. But when doctors say their is no hope, they are wrong. As long as God is on the throne, there is always hope.
"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost" (Romans 15:13).
"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth" (Mark 9:23).
She went to the Lord in prayer and he told her to begin praising Him. So she did just that. She praised Jesus Christ thoughout the day and night. Then the reality of her healing was manifested. She lived to give her glorious testimony.

How to Overcome Sickness, Poverty, Fear or Any Other Curse of the Law in Your Life
When God's Word becomes more real to you than the sickness, fear, poverty, lack, etc. in your life then that problem has to go. For according to Deuteronomy 28:15-68, sickness, fear, poverty, lack, etc. are a curse of the law, but according to Galatians 3:13 Jesus Christ redeemed you from the curse of the law. In other words, Jesus Christ paid the price for your deliverance from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for you on the cross. You have been set free!
So, how do you get God's Word to become more real to you than the sickness, poverty, fear, lack etc. in your life? Simple. Your mind has to become renewed to the truth of God's Word by hearing you say it over and over until your heart is convinced God's Word is true and more real than your problem or circumstance.
"For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:10).
"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17).
"According to Deuteronomy 28:15-68 (insert the problem here; sickness, poverty, fear, lack, etc.) is a curse of the law, but according to Galatians 3:13, Jesus Christ redeemed me from the curse of the law, therefore I don't have (insert the problem here; sickness, poverty, fear, lack, etc.)."

How to Get God's Promises to Become Real in Your Life
If you want God's promises to become real in your life, then take the promise you want to become real in your life and begin speaking that promise out of your mouth until faith comes to cause the promise to be manifested.
Let me give you an example. Let's say you want to have the peace of God manifested in your life. Find a few scriptures on peace, personalize them and begin on a daily basis thinking on them and speaking them out of your mouth during your daily private time of worshipping the Lord Jesus Christ. And yes, you should set aside a private time each day to thank, praise and worship the Lord Jesus Christ as you make your scripture promise declarations. Jesus Christ is worthy of your thanksgiving, praise and worship. After all, He died for you.
Here is a sample of a personalized scripture promise you could make if you were wanting to experience the peace of God in your life:
"Great peace have I because I love the Word of God and nothing shall offend me." This is taken from Psalm 119:165. Do the same with two other scriptures on peace.
Another example. Let's say you wanted the wisdom of God in your life to make correct decisions. Here is a personalized scripture promise declaration:
"Because Jesus Christ is made unto me wisdom and I have the mind of Christ, therefore I always make wise decisions." Taken from 1 Corinthians 1:30 and 1 Corinthians 2:16. Do the same with two other scriptures on wisdom.
You can use this same formula for receiving healing, financial prosperity, joy, love, victory or anything God has promised you in His Word.

What the Lord Told Charles Capps About Faith and Patience
Charles Capps is a world renowned teacher on faith in God's Word. At the very start of his faith career, learning of the creative power of speaking God's Word, he became discouraged. Discouraged because he didn't think the promises were true in him. So, he went to the Lord in prayer and told the Lord he didn't believe the promises were true in him. The Lord told him what to do. He was to keep speaking God's promises and eventually they would become real and true in his life. He obeyed the Lord and the promises did became real to him. His life was changed forever.
God's Word vs. the Destructive Strongholds of the Mind
If you are experiencing lack, you might feel you are lying when you say you are blessed and have abundance according to Galatians 3:14 and John 10:10b. Or when the doctor says you are sick and dying, you might think you are lying when you say you are healed by His stripes and will live and not die and "declare the works of the Lord" according to 1 Peter 2:24 and Psalm 118:17. Or when your mind and life seem in turmoil, you could feel you are lying when you boldly say the peace of God rules in your heart according to Psalm 119:165. But when you speak God's Word you are not lying because God's Word is truth and God cannot lie according to Titus 1:2.
You see, your mind is the battleground and it can have many strongholds of doubt and unbelief that would try to keep you convinced the promises of God for healing, prosperity etc. will never become real in your life. But God's Word is like a giant wrecking ball that if spoken in faith consistently, it will demolish and tear down any mountain of doubt and unbelief.
So, the key is not to give up but expect, expect, and expect God's Word to become real in you as you daily declare your deliverance, the glorious healing promises of God. Be patient and God's promises will manifest in your life.
"Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)" (Hebrews 10:23).
And wow! When a promise of God explodes in your heart and its reality is manifested in you, then you will truly understand what Jesus meant when He said in John 8:32:
"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

Jesus is Your Healer
Need health? Jesus Christ paid the price for your healing and God's Word has not lost its healing power. We will see how to receive your healing by using three scriptures from God's Word. But first, take a look at this scripture that shows Jesus Christ purchased healing for you almost two thousand years ago. It is a done deal.
"Surely he hath borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses and distresses), and carried our sorrows (pains, grief and sorrow): yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:4,5 KJV).
You see, Jesus is your healer. He is your redeemer. He redeemed you, delivered you from the curse of sickness and disease according to Galatians 3:13. Then you might say, "Why am I still not well?" The answer is because as a Christian you need to learn how to receive your physical healing by faith.
It is impossible to please God without faith according to Hebrew 11:6. Your faith in God's Word releases God's power in His Word to heal you. So, how do you get faith to receive your healing? The same way you received your salvation. You heard God's Word on salvation and faith came to your heart and you believed with your heart and said with your mouth you were saved and salvation became a reality in your life.
Faith comes by hearing God's Word:
"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17 KJV).
Do the following to get faith to receive your healing: take three healing scriptures and set aside at least an hour a day and speak them out of your mouth. Eventually, faith will come. Below are three healing scriptures to speak:
"And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee" (Deuteronomy 7:15a KJV).
"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20 KJV).
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5 KJV).
If you will to do this every day and not just when you feel like it, you will be rewarded with the manifestation of your healing. Also, use your God-given imagination and see yourself well.
